Rosemead Housing Rights Workshop

The Housing Rights Center, in collaboration with the City of Rosemead, will be hosting a FREE Housing Rights Workshop for residents, prospective residents, and community members.

The Housing Rights Workshop seeks to inform and educate tenants and landlords of the City of Rosemead on the federal and state fair housing laws, what is unlawful under the fair housing laws, and how to avoid housing discrimination. The workshop will also present an overview of basic landlord-tenant rights and responsibilities regarding rent increases, evictions, notices, and more. 

Participants will have the opportunity to receive on-site counseling regarding housing discrimination and any housing related concerns. Participants are welcome to bring guests.
